Two sisters, Lesley and Shawn share the passion of using the medium of encaustic wax for their art. Lesley paints her dreamlike scapes with wax and Shawn covers her imagery with layers of waterlike wax to create texture. The influence of nature, the power of the sea and capturing the everlasting light that shines over the earth is motivation their works.
